II. Attendance –
A. Any dancer missing more than six (6) dance classes may miss a chance to participate in the dance recital (exclusions may apply). Dance instruction at our facility is a commitment made from the student and the parent. Please plan accordingly as children get sick, emergencies arise and vacations are taken. We completely understand the craziness of life and certainly take that into consideration, however, dance is a group activity. It is only fair to everyone involved and in your child’s best interest if they are in class as much as possible.
B. If your child feels sick, is showing any symptoms of being sick or has been sick within 24 hours of their scheduled dance class, please do not bring them to dance. All dancers must be fever free for 48 hours before returning to dance. Parents, this pertains to you as well. If you are sick, please don't bring your dancer to class. Stay home and get better. We don't want to spread germs and would rather have those that are sick, at home, feeling better!
1. Dance Tuition Payments: By signing up your dancer you are making a commitment to your registered classes and the studio. You are still obligated to pay for any missed classes due to Illness, etc. ZOOM dance classes may be offered if Miss Heather is notified in advance of missed classes due to quarantine. Any tuition that goes unpaid at the end of the dance season will be, but not limited to, weekly late fees, suspension of classes, collections, etc.

III. Waiting Room –
A. The waiting room is designed for family members to wait and relax in. Please take advantage of the television, comfortable atmosphere, magazines, books, and drinks which are all there for your pleasure!
B. We ask that all children wait in the waiting room until Miss Heather has called them in for their class. For the sake of our dancers, please keep the noise to a minimum! There is no running or horseplay allowed in the waiting room.
C. At no time shall any child under the age of 10 be dropped off and left by themselves at the studio! Dance Reflections by Miss Heather is not responsible for children who are dropped off.
